Happy Mondays formed in 1980 in Salford, UK. Known for hits like "Step On" and "Kinky Afro." Their debut album "Squirrel and G-Man Twenty Four Hour Party People Plastic Face Carnt Smile (White Out)" was released in 1987. The band won Best Dance Act at the NME Awards in 1991.
