Congo-born Kanda Bongo Man gifted us with addictive dance beats in hits like "Monie" and "Sai." With Soukous music, he took the world by storm since 1981. Received Kora Music Awards' Lifetime Achievement in 2018. Our last dose of his vibrant energy was in 2005's "Swinga" album. A true legend!
