Belgian indie-dream poppers, Newmoon, emerged in '13 with power ballad "Helium." Their discography includes two albums, '16s "Space" and '19s "Nothing Hurts Forever". Winners of MIA's '16 Breakthrough Award, the band is named after a Twilight book but thankfully sounds nothing like it. Their music is shoegazey deliciousness.
